Across the range
Questions from both ends of the thermometer.
What changes between a waffle iron and a deep freezer, and what stays exactly the same.
01My shop is not one of the twelve. Can I still use it?
Almost certainly. These twelve are the shops we see most, not a list of what the system supports. If you sell drinks, desserts, or anything made to order across a counter, the register handles it. Tell us what you run and we will set the menu up for it.
02I am two of these at once. Does that need two systems?
No. A cafe with a gelato case, or a bakery that pours espresso, runs on one account and one menu. Items route to whichever station makes them, so hot drinks and frozen scoops land in the right places off the same ticket.
03Does a frozen shop need different hardware than a hot one?
Same register either way. What changes is the setup around it: a scale for shops selling by weight, extra printers for a kitchen, a kiosk for a tight counter. We work that out with you before anything ships.
04Can I sell by weight instead of by size?
Yes. Frozen yogurt and self-serve toppings can ring by weight, by size, or both on the same menu, and the sale still reports next to everything else you sold that day.
05My drinks have sugar, ice, and topping options. Will that slow the line?
Modifiers sit on one screen rather than behind submenus, so a fully customised boba or a build-your-own smoothie takes a couple of taps. It is the part of the register we tune hardest, because drink shops live or die on line speed.
06My flavors change daily. Do I have to update every place separately?
One edit covers all of it. Change a flavor or mark a tray sold out on the register and it updates on your website and app at the same time, so nobody orders something you ran out of at ten in the morning.
07Can food and drinks go on the same ticket?
Yes, and each item goes where it is made. Pastries to the case, drinks to the bar, made-to-order plates to the kitchen. Set the routing once per item and the ticket splits itself from then on.
08My business is seasonal. What happens in the off months?
Ice cream in July and a slow February are the same account. Your menu, customer list, and loyalty balances are all waiting when you reopen, and campaigns can go out ahead of the season to tell regulars you are back.
09Does it work for a cart, a kiosk, or a second location?
All three, on one account. A phone becomes a full register at an event, kiosks handle self-order where counter space is tight, and multiple shops report into a single dashboard rather than one login each.
10How long does it take to get running?
Most shops close on their old system and open on ours the next morning. We build the menu, modifiers, and printer routing for your shop type before the hardware ships, and someone is on the phone with you through the first rush.
Still not sure where your shop lands? Book a demo and we will set the register up with your actual menu.
218 degrees apart. One register.
Whether your shop lives at the top of this page or the bottom, everything runs on the same system: one menu, one screen, one report at the end of the day.
